My laptopo crashed and I had reset my date and time on the laptop; since then I am getting the message trial version expired. When I clicked on the run command for installation, I got a message that a higher version is already existing, and I could not download the same. As of now, my Nitro pro is still showing trial period over, and am unable to load my paid Nitro pro. Request urgent help as my work is getting affected. My Nitor pro ver is 13.9.1.155 date of online purschase is 19 Dec 2020. If I un install this program I will require my serial number to re-install. I do not have the serial number.
