Had to format computer and cannot deactivate License

Hi I urgently need to re-install Nitro PDF to our Accountant, the problem is we had to format his laptop and cannot deactivate his license. 

I have tried to use the Nitro portal but it says that the serial number does not exist, I am sure the serial number is correct.

Thanks for your message - I'm happy to assist you.

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro Pro 13, please uninstall what you have and get the correct installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number, the one that starts with 504------.

Please let me know how that goes.

Hi @Chris Camilleri

I released theNitro Pro 13 serial number so you can reactivate. Please get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads 

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Hi Leslie, 

Yes that helped and the issue is fixed. It would be a very good feature if clients could release their own license from Nitro, it has already happened to me in the past and each time it takes close to week.
