Chris Camilleri Posted February 15 Report Share Posted February 15 Hi I urgently need to re-install Nitro PDF to our Accountant, the problem is we had to format his laptop and cannot deactivate his license. The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. Your serial number is for Nitro Pro 13, please uninstall what you have and get the correct installer from the page below:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, activate with your serial number, the one that starts with 504------. Please get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number. It would be a very good feature if clients could release their own license from Nitro, it has already happened to me in the past and each time it takes close to week.
