Jeff Feldman Posted February 17 Report Share Posted February 17 Dear Team Member I have just purchased a new laptop as my old one ceased to work properly I have reloaded Nitro (which I purchased from you) on my new laptop and have tried to activate using the serial number you gave me I am unable to activate as I get a message saying that I have reached the maximum number of laptops I can have it on I ONLY have Nitro on this ONE laptop Can you help me activate please Thanking you in advance Jeff Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
