Unable to activate

Dear Team Member

I have just purchased a new laptop as my old one ceased to work properly

 I have reloaded Nitro (which I purchased from you) on my new laptop and have tried to activate using the serial number you gave me

 I am unable to activate as I get a message saying that I have reached the maximum number of laptops I can have it on

 I ONLY have Nitro on this ONE laptop

 Can you help me activate please

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I have made an adjustment to your license so you can proceed with the activation. 
To activate, please open Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate.

If you still cannot proceed with the activation, kindly provide the serial number you are using to activate the software.
