Another user with a old to new PC upgrade that cannot activate

So my old PC has 10.5.0.26 and is licensed, when I try to deactivate the license it gives me error -24 and asks me to open a support request but I cannot because it says "Please enter a valid serial number" when I put my valid serial number in in the process of opening a support request.

I installed 10.5.9.14 on my new PC and it will not take my serial.

How do I get by this hurdle?

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number

I have similar issue.  Bought a new computer and trying to get everything moved over.  I can't read the whole 18 character serial #, just the first 6. I downloaded the Nitro 13 version, mine  is (13.67.0.45)x64. I have a reference # from Cleverbridge, but I don't have the complete serial number. Can you help, please?
