I had to reset my computer and now need to reinstall my software. Your serial number validation links tells me to enter a valid number. The number that was given to me is all I have. We've been made aware that the licensing portal is currently down for maintenance. In the meantime, we can check on our end the details and status of your license. I was able to locate your license through your email address and adjusted it so you can proceed with the activation. If you have already installed Nitro PDF Pro 13 on your computer, please activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate.
