COE IT Posted February 20, 2023 Report Share Posted February 20, 2023 Hello, I am unable to activate my license for Nitro Pro 13 from a computer that crashed. It is saying that the license is already used to the max number of users. I attempted to use the License Activation Portal, but it gave me an error. Please get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
