Hamilton Mardock Posted February 21 Report Share Posted February 21 I've bought the Nitro PRO about 7 months ago, when I reached 6 months it became the viewer version only. Can't do any PDF edition or anything. Just wondering if it's a 6 month subscription or why I have lost my access. I can't contact the support as they ask for the license number. I can't find anything with that information on my email, or in the app. I definitely don't want to buy another version if I still should have access to my original.
