I can't find my license number. Can't get any support with out that. Can't use the software, only the viewer.

I've bought the Nitro PRO about 7 months ago, when I reached 6 months it became the viewer version only. Can't do any PDF edition or anything. Just wondering if it's a 6 month subscription or why I have lost my access.

 

I can't contact the support as they ask for the license number. I can't find anything with that information on my email, or in the app.

 

I definitely don't want to buy another version if I still should have access to my original.

 

Anyone has a clue of what has happened and how to get help from Nitro? Thanks

If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website, please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account.

1. First and last name of purchaser 
2. Email address used purchase Nitro (I was unable to find anything using your email address)
3. Order reference number (I suggest you search through your email for 'cleverbridge', our online merchant)

I can't find any email from cleverbridge either.

There is a chance I bought using on of my personal emails, if you can check it would be great. It was bought somewhere between july and august, when I started in this new company.
