deactivate Nitro Pro on another computer - Please enter a valid serial number

Due to a hardware problem when reinstalling Nitro 13 on the new computer it tells me that I have reached the maximum number of installations, I deactivate Nitro Pro on another computer. As it is impossible for me to do so, I access the assistance, when I go to the web "https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal" it tells me "Please enter a valid serial number."

So it is impossible to activate Nitro Pro on my new computer.

Is it possible to deactivate all the equipment that I had activated?

We've been made aware that the licensing portal is currently down for maintenance. In the meantime, we can check the details and status of your license. 
Kindly provide your serial number so we can check and adjust it, if needed, on our end.

Hi @Henry Minano

I have already adjusted those version 13 serial numbers.
You should now be able to proceed with activating Nitro PDF Pro 13 once installed on the computer.
