Henry Minano Posted February 21 Report Share Posted February 21 Due to a hardware problem when reinstalling Nitro 13 on the new computer it tells me that I have reached the maximum number of installations, I deactivate Nitro Pro on another computer. As it is impossible for me to do so, I access the assistance, when I go to the web "https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal" it tells me "Please enter a valid serial number." So it is impossible to activate Nitro Pro on my new computer. Is it possible to deactivate all the equipment that I had activated?
