NitroPro 12 with purchased license falls back into trial mode

NitroPro 12 with purchased license falls back into trial mode today.

Exactly a year ago (Feb 22, 2022), our NitroPDF 12 was moved from one computer (with deactivation) to another (with activation) and ran smoothly. But it sort of felt back into trial mode this morning (Feb 22, 2023).

What as happened ? What can we do ?
