Ariel Perez Posted February 23 Report Share Posted February 23 (edited) Hello, I have some version 12 Nitro PDF licenses, and some of them I can apply the upgrade through this portal Upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 13 for Enterprise Users | Nitro (gonitro.com) but some of the says: "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue." What is true is that not all of them were buy at the same time and in the same country. Thank you for your help.
