Error 401

I installed the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574), as directed above. It now shows as activated. However, now every time it starts I receive Error 401.

Kindly open a browser, visit https://cloud.gonitro.com/, reset your password, open again Nitro Pro 12, click the 'Log in' link at the top-right, and enter your username and password to login into your Nitro Sign account.

This has never been solved. Following the advice above seems to rectify the situation briefly and then it returns.

This is a constant error every single time I open Nitro. Has this error really never been corrected in the software? I am beyond incensed that my fully activated purchased software, with promised support, cannot be utilised without an error message every single time. I have attempted to log out and back in/change my password multiple times but it is a temporary solution only.
