Kindly open a browser, visit https://cloud.gonitro.com/, reset your password, open again Nitro Pro 12, click the 'Log in' link at the top-right, and enter your username and password to login into your Nitro Sign account. Jacob Hall Posted August 12 Author Report Share Posted August 12 (edited) This is a constant error every single time I open Nitro. Has this error really never been corrected in the software? I am beyond incensed that my fully activated purchased software, with promised support, cannot be utilised without an error message every single time. I have attempted to log out and back in/change my password multiple times but it is a temporary solution only.
