Nitro 12 gives error when activating

My laptop crashed and I had to reinstall Nitro 12. When I try to activate using the keys I have, it gives a message that the key is already used. How do I reset the key?

I am a business user with an account with 20 allowable activations. We currently have 7 activations used. My account shows active in the online search and supports the numbers I've provided. We also have the most current V12 build (12.16.9.574). My MIS team is unable to activate the software on any other computers. I have sent a ticket in twice with no response.

I checked the support ticket, and it looks emails from our support email is being blocked so you are unable to receive our messages.

Can you please let me know what error message you're getting? A screenshot will be very helpful.

When installing Nitro, please ensure you are installing 12.16.9.574. Any other build will not work:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi
