Tyler Rhoads Posted February 24, 2023 Report Share Posted February 24, 2023 When selecting the print command from the Windows Explorer right click menu the printer asks for A4 letter sized paper. The job must be canceled from the printer itself. The printer defaults are set to letter sized, and when I look at the print job in the print queue, it maintains the default settings. The printer has two two trays, one is an MP tray that is set to variable sizes Does anyone know how to prevent this from happening? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
