Nitro Pro 12

Hello,

I migrated to a new laptop and need to move my Nitro Pro license. I tried using the Licensing Portal but it does not provide me with my device list. I can send my Nitro Pro Serial Number via DM.

If the licensing portal is showing 0 in the number of activations, you can proceed with installing the software to the new laptop. 
Please ensure that you install the appropriate version. If you see version 12, please install Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574.

You can download the installer from the following location: 
https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads  - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link

After the installation, you can activate by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate.

Could you please confirm if you were able to install Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 on the new computer and able to activate it using your existing license?

My issue is resolved. Thank you kindly! I was able to install Nitro Pro 12 just fine.
