Paul Knight Posted February 27 Report Share Posted February 27 (edited) I have recently installed Nitro Pro on a new laptop and when trying to activate get the error 24. I followed the online support and found i have 2 licences, neither are being used but get no option to activate. We do not require an update to 13 at this time Help appreciated.
