Derek McMillan Posted February 28 Report Share Posted February 28 I am attempting to install Nitro Pro 13 onto my clients PC as part of an upgrade from version 9. Version 9 is still installed on the PC and when we run the installation wizard it downloads the program without issue, but fails to install with the message Setup Wizard has failed. The version of the Operating system is Windows 10 22H2 and we have no issues installing other software. I have ran sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth to see if there are any issues with the operating system and both complete without finding any issues. Do we need to uninstall version 9 from the PC and restart prior to installing version 13, the client has some large tenders he is processing and needs to have the ability to create multiple tender pdfs at the one time so therefore cannot be without Nitro Pro being installed on the PC. Download our latest Clean Up utility: https://www.gonitro.com/support/tools/cleanup-utility-list 2. Extract the utility to the desktop (it doesn't properly run from within the zip) 3. Run the utility (NOTE: This will remove any custom signatures / stamps. Let me know if these need to be backed up) 4. Reboot 5. Download and install 13.70.
