I no longer have my serial number and no longer have access to the email I used to purchase the product. It is still activated on my laptop, but has deactivated itself on my desktop. Hi Wendell, Unfortunately without any proof of purchase (like your purchase receipt) especially if you are using a different gmail address, we cannot provide a serial number.
