Conversion Aborted

I just upgraded to Nitro 13 from 8.   When I print to the Nitro PDF Creator it says "Conversion Aborted".  Please help

We have a few questions:

• Can you please let us know what Operating System version you are using?
• Is it happening to all files?
• What happens if you use the Create PDF feature within nitro instead of printing to PDF?
• Please send us a screenshot of the error message.
• Please specify Your specific step by step workflow so we can replicate this on our end
• What exact version of Nitro are you using? You can find this information by opening Nitro. Go to the Help tab, then click About Nitro Pro

I am getting the same problem.

Working until today.

Widows 10

Nitro 13.70.2.40

If I try and print to PDF a Word doc or Excel file.

Nitro PDF Creator   Conversion Aborted

In case the problem is something to do with the installation, can you please try the following for me:

1. Download our latest Clean Up utility: https://www.gonitro.com/support/tools/cleanup-utility-list
2. Extract the utility to the desktop (it doesn't properly run from within the zip)
3. Run the utility (NOTE: This will remove any custom signatures / stamps. Let me know if these need to be backed up)
4. Reboot
5. Download and install 13.70 from here: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads
