In checking your email address, I can see a license purchase around January 2020 and this license is for version 13 which is the latest version at the moment. The serial number starts with 504 and if this is correct, you do not need to upgrade the license as you are already on the latest version. If you are looking into updating your Nitro PDF Pro 13 to the current latest build (13.70.2.40), you can do so by downloading the installer from the link below:https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. You can activate any build of Nitro PDF Pro 13 using your version 13 serial number. However, if you own an old serial number and need to upgrade it, please provide the serial number so we can check its record on our end.
