My serial number is incomplete, 504931XXXXXXXXXXXX cant activate again

Hi, I deactivated this serial number, but now I cant activate it again in another computer. Can anyone help?

From the license format, it appears that you have a version 13 serial number.
If you have the full and complete serial number, please make sure that you have Nitro PDF Pro 13 on the other computer. You can check this by opening Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro (example format is Nitro Pro 13.x.x.x). 

If your installation is not on version 13, please install that version using the installer from the link below:
https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.

After the installation, you can activate by navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate. 
If you continue to get an issue, please provide the following:

1. Description or screenshot of the exact error message. 
2. The complete serial number. 
3. The version and complete build (found under Help tab > About Nitro Pro) of the software you are trying to activate.
