OCR issue with MAC - not able to open support ticket due to missing serial number in Mac Version

I just bought the Mac Version. OCR doesn't work and I cant open a support ticket since with the App Store Version a Serial Number isn't delivered. 

 

Guys - you definitely have to improve!

How can I get support for my OCR issue? With the PDF Pen Pro it worked very well and now. Doesn't.

Please provide the way how I can open as a Mac user a ticket.

I'm also having this problem. I can't ask for help as I don't have a serial number.
