blurry interface solution induced oversized ribbon/tabs

Hi all -

I recently downloaded Nitro 13 and reactivated with a license # and within a day or two the interface became blurry, save the subject document.

1. Right-click Nitro Pro desktop shortcut or the NitroPDF.exe (by default is installed in C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\12) then select Properties
2. Nitro Pro Properties window will open, click on Compatibility tab
3. Under Settings, click on Change high DPI settings.
4. Another Nitro Pro Properties window will open.
5. Enable 'Override high DPI scaling behavior'
6. OK > OK to save the setting and test Nitro Pro again.

I followed the below steps after finding an old thread from 2019 in search results, it successfully corrected the image quality, but the ribbon and tabs became significantly oversized.  I've used Nitro for years and am a huge fan, and just can tell it is not right. It looks like iPhone text at 150%, but documents are fairly regular. 

Any tips?  Sorry if this has been discussed, I poked around and tried switching some of the inputs under preferences -> appearances, but no luck.

Could you please try the following and see if it makes a difference? 

1. Open the 'Properties' of the NitroPDF.exe (Found via C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\13)
2. Select the 'Compatibility' tab then 'Change High DPI settings'.
3. Enable 'Use this setting to fix scaling problem for this program instead of the one in Settings'.
4. Also enable 'Override high DPI scaling behavior'.
5. Adjust the 'Scaling performed by' to 'System'.
