michel kaptur Posted March 8 Author Report Share Posted March 8 Hello Reymund, You're right, I made a mistake. I have a 11.2.2 PDFpenPro license (and not a 12.1.1). If I try to update from the application I get an error message. And I can't neither get it from https://www.gonitro.com/fr/support/upgrade. My license number is unknown. The license portal in https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal will only work on Nitro PDF Pro for Windows licenses. Could you please provide the exact steps you are taking and the exact error message when you attempt to upgrade via the application? If you can send a screenshot, that will be very helpful. michel kaptur Posted March 15 Author Report Share Posted March 15 I click on the PDFpenPro menu, I choose Check for upgrade and I get the message: "error during the update process, an error has occured while getting informations for upgrade, Try again later. Cancel the upgrade". I don't know how to insert a screenshot from URL, I'm sorry about this, but this is the translation of the message I get every time I try to upgrade.
