Geert Diels Posted March 8 Report Share Posted March 8 Hello, I upgraded from PDFPEN 12 to Nitro 13. I installed Nitro and activated it on my mac mini. I then installed Nitro 13 on my macbook but I can't activate it. I get the message: "specifies that we were unable to complete the activation of the product". Why can't I activate on my macbook? I used PDFPEN 12 on my mac and macbook. I thought I could use it on multiple computers for personal use only? I personally only use it on my desktop and laptop mac. Can you solve this?
