If the Number of Activations is zero (0) in the license portal, there is no need to process a deactivation. Ensure that you have installed the correct version so you could successfully activate using your license. If the license portal shows you have version 12, please ensure that you have Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574. If version 13, install Nitro PDF Pro 13.
