Tried to Deactivate a Nitro Pro license, but website won't let me

Hi All,

I just recently updated my operating system and Nitro reverted to trial mode. I got to the activation page where it tells me to deactivate the license, but it won't let me select a license to deactivate. Please help.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

If the Number of Activations is zero (0) in the license portal, there is no need to process a deactivation. 
Ensure that you have installed the correct version so you could successfully activate using your license. 

If the license portal shows you have version 12, please ensure that you have Nitro PDF Pro
If version 13, install Nitro PDF Pro 13.

Thank you so much! It must have been a version issue. Installing the most recent version 12 fixed the issue.
