My copy of Nitro Pro 12 has become deactivated (again)

Hi, for the second time my copy of Nitro Pro 12 has become deactivated. Last time I was able to follow a link to a page which promised to deactivate my copy to enable its reactivation. This worked last time, but this time I clicked on the 'Deactivate' button and it didn't respond (and attempting reactivation of the program failed again). I can provide my serial number.

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: 

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.

I didn't even need to enter my serial number. It was activated as soon as the installation had finished.
