Word -> PDF Hyperlinks are not working

I ticked in Word the Tab for Nitro with "convert links" but it did not work ?

I tried everything, what can it be ?

My Version is  13.67.0.45

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

Could you please check if you will get the same issue when applying the workflow below:

1. Open Nitro PDF Pro then go to File > Preferences. 
2. Under Create PDF From, select Microsoft Word. 
3. Check the Convert links and click Apply and Ok. 
4. Under Home tab, click PDF and select From File. 
5. Add the Word file that you would like to convert to PDF then click Create. 

Please use the attached Word document and see if the Convert Link will work.
