Error Message

I keep getting this Error message when i try to convert a Microsoft Word document to a PDF. Can someone help?

 

" the creation process encountered an error , and failed to create the PDF file. Please try again."

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

When converting a document to PDF, Nitro PDF Pro use its virtual printer (Nitro PDF Creator) to process the conversion.
As a test, if you open the Notepad application and print that notepad document to the Nitro PDF Creator, does the print job go through successfully and create a PDF?
If not, please consider reinstalling Nitro PDF Creator and see if it helps fixing the issue:

1. Go to the installation directory of Nitro PDF Pro. Example: C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\13
2. Look for NitroPDFSupportTools.exe then open it.
3. In the Support Tools window, go to the PDF Creation tab.
4. Click the Nitro PDF Creator button. This will reinstall the Nitro PDF Creator on the computer. 

Please note that the steps above needs admin rights. If you are prompted, click 'Yes' then follow steps 1 to 4. 
When done, a window with message 'Installation of the printer driver was successful' will appear. Click Ok then close the Support Tools window.

After this, please check and see if the Word to PDF will proceed with the conversion with no error message.
