Old version locks me out

     I have an old version of Nitro PDF Pro that I registered with a single user license.  It’s locking me out - it starts a 14-day trial period, and when I try to activate it by entering my Serial # (the only license code I was given) it doesn’t recognize it.   I can’t submit a ticket because Nitro support is not recognizing the serial # that Nitro themselves gave me upon purchase.

     How I can access the program that I already licensed?

Please provide your Nitro PDF Pro serial number including the version and complete build of the software installed on your computer.
The version and build can be located when you open Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
