David Voelker Posted March 15 Report Share Posted March 15 I have an old version of Nitro PDF Pro that I registered with a single user license. It’s locking me out - it starts a 14-day trial period, and when I try to activate it by entering my Serial # (the only license code I was given) it doesn’t recognize it. I can’t submit a ticket because Nitro support is not recognizing the serial # that Nitro themselves gave me upon purchase. How I can access the program that I already licensed? Please provide your Nitro PDF Pro serial number including the version and complete build of the software installed on your computer.
