Can't Transfer Nitro to my new laptop

Could you please reach out to me so that I can provide you with my license serial number.   I've followed the activation instructions I've found however, it's still not working.  I wish your Support Chat bot had an option to talk to a person instead of requiring me to submit a ticket here.
