Problem Activating

I went into my license area from nitro, and it says I have activations left, and tells me my license is valid for version 12. So I uninstall the newest version, then install the version 12 ; attempt to activate and it tells me it's an invalid license.

This really takes a lot of time and effort just to try to get the install and activation. Can anyone help.

Please ensure that your installation is on the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574. You can verify this information when you open Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
If your installation is not on 12.16.9.574, please install that using the installer found from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. 

After the installation, open Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro to verify the version and build. Once confirmed you are already in 12.16.9.574, click the Activate button then enter your version 12 license.

I've uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled; but the version you suggested fails install altogether and won't install. I found another thread saying to try the version 12 msi which is not the online installer. This version installs fine, but will not activate, giving me an error 24 message.

Is it possible to get this to work?

Hi @Lee P..

Please ensure that the MSI installer is for 12.16.9.574. Otherwise, you will not be able to activate using your version 12 license. 
Here's the link to the Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 installer:

64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate then enter your version 12 license.
