I have 4 licences and unable to move them to new staff

Hi, 

How do you transfer the licences from old staff that are no longer around nor have access to their email addresses as its been so long to the new staff we have??

Tried this live chat box - absolutely useless even having that option. 

I have access to both Nitro Pro 13 and the E-sign option.. yet the others can't or I can't figure out how they can even use the other 3 codes I have.. Any help would be very appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

If the machines (from old staff) are no longer accessible, you can use our licensing portal at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal to deactivate a license. This process will release the serial number so you can use it to activate Nitro PDF Pro on the new machine. 
But if the old machine is still accessible, you can deactivate the license by opening Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro then click Deactivate.
