jenliow Posted March 21, 2023 Report Share Posted March 21, 2023 Hi, I tried to deactivate the Pro 12 license but it promoted for "choose device". but Both licenses are available as none of them are being used. Tried install Pro 12 but when key in Serial number, it prompted "-24: Activation Error". Which part went wrong? Pls advise Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Please ensure that the version of the software matches the version of the serial number. To check which version and build is installed on the computer, open Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the version of the license is version 12, install Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574. You can find the Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 installer from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link After the installation, open Nitro then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro to confirm the version and build.
