Serial number for activation on a client's PC

Hello,

I work for an MSP and one of our clients is having trouble using Nitro after changing computers.

The client in question is cbrisebois@groupebeauchesne.com.

Would it be possible to send me the serial number so we can try reactivating her account?

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

Please note that I did not find any license purchase under that email address. 
When purchasing the license online, our merchant sends an invoice receipt which contains the serial number. Kindly ask your client to check the inbox of the email used to purchase the license then search for the Nitro invoice receipt. 
Please also note that we only provide the license information to the owner / purchaser.  You can have the owner reach out to us or provide their authorization for this matter.
