Need help reclaiming account

We purchased Nitro Pro in 2018, and the IT director that made the purchase at the time has moved on. I am taking on some of their responsibilities. We are interested in maybe looking at upgrading. I have our old SN number, but the person who we were working with does not seem to be with you anymore, or else their number has changed.
