Error 24 when Trying to activate Nitro Pro

Hi Nitro 

 

I have an issue while I try to activate Nitro Pro at my Laptop even though no License is activate. When I try to activate it gives error 24 :Activation error. 

Please help to resolve and let me know if anything is required from my end and My email is deepak.deepakkumar@gmail.com

I sent you a direct message with your serial number. 

From that error message, it looks like you installed an older version. Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
