How can I upgrade

Hello. I cross graded from Smileonmymac and my license starts with PPRO13_S_1 which your system doesn't recognize on https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade. I would like to upgrade from Essentials to Pro.

In checking your email address, I can see that you already have the license code to activate Nitro PDF Pro for Mac. That license code starts with 8B48 and end with 8829. 
To use this license code, install Nitro PDF Pro 13 for Mac using the installer from the link below:

https://downloads.gonitro.com/macos/Nitro PDF Pro Retail_13.3.1.dmg

Once Nitro PDF Pro for Mac is installed, you can activate it using the steps below:

1. Launch Nitro PDF Pro
2. Click on "Register with a license"
3. Copy and paste your license code: 8B48****-********-********-********-****8829
4. Click the Activate button
