Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted March 29 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted March 29 Greetings @Vicki Smith Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Is this error message also happening when you open other Microsoft Office applications like Word and PowerPoint? If so, please try to update the Add-ins in the SupportTools of Nitro. Here are the steps: Note: Please ensure that you close any Microsoft Office that is currently running on your machine. 1. Go to the installation directory of Nitro PDF Pro. Example: C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\13 2. Look for NitroPDFSupportTools.exe then open it (right-click and select Run As Administrator). 3. In the Support Tools window, go to the PDF Creation tab. 4. Under Microsoft Office Add-ins section, ensure that all options are checked then click 'Update Add-ins' button. When done, a window with message 'Update of add-ins was successful. To activate your changes, please restart Microsoft Office applications.' After completing these steps, please check if you continue to get the error message when opening Microsoft Office Applications. Kind regards,
