Gordon Coyle Posted March 29 Report Share Posted March 29 I have Nitro Pro 220.127.116.114 and when trying to upgrade to Pro 13 it indicates to insert a serial number, which I've done, but after it searches it says: We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our community forum. Can you advise next steps?
