jeff b Posted March 30, 2023 Report Share Posted March 30, 2023 I have Nitro PDF 10 that has a glitch where it won't save a document. I get the error 0x40000001, along with the solution to "update" the software. Of course, you can't reach anyone from Nitro to ask, so that's out. Can't call them. Can't chat with them. Can't email them. It's just "give me the money and then go away". I don't see any way to update PDF 10 and I'm not going to spend $180 to buy a new version.
