Trouble installing

my assistant purchased  nitro pdf pro yesterday and then forward me link but i cant install.  Any assistance will be appreciated.

for the record it appears she would be able to download Nitro to her computer but i receive error message when i try to use the same link

i haven't received a reply since Friday.  Please help or I'll need to cancel since i cant get installed

Apologies for the late reply. Can you please let me know what error message you're getting? A screenshot will be very helpful.

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
