Need the SN unmasked

I have a new computer and need to move nitro to my new PC, but the SN is masked.  Can someone provide the SN for installation on the new PC?

Please note that it is by design to not display the complete serial number in the application. This is to protect the license from theft or unauthorized use. 
I did not see any license purchase under the Gmail email address, same results when using your First and Last name. Kindly provide the email address you used to purchase this license so we can search for the purchase record.

Unfortunately, I am not seeing any license purchase under your email address *******@abmandal.com.au.
We need the correct email address that you use to purchase the license so we can search the record and determine the serial number.

Okay, what are the options?  I cannot see in the active version where I can look to see what email it is associated with.
