Suddenly pdfs not opening in Nitro - but work in other programs

Hi,

 

I've been a Nitro PDF user for many years, and all of a sudden I'm getting error messages on multiple pdf documents from different sources when I try to open them:

 

 

They're not corrupted files because I'm able to open them in alternate pdf software. And I believe I have the latest and greatest version:

For some reason, there is an issue when accessing/viewing the screenshots you attached in this post. 
Would you be so kind to send them again or upload it then send the link so I can view it. 
Regarding the version and complete build, could you please provide the exact details by opening Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
