Need help finding Full Serial Number

I do IT support and one of my clients lost the serial number to there Nitro Pro 13.49.2.993 version.  I have the partial serial number and the e-mail that I think it was installed under is no longer available.  Can you help?

Please provide the email address of the purchaser so we can use search our record. Kindly ask as well for the authorization from the client that you are requesting for the serial number he/she purchased using that email address.

The start of the Serial number is 504969 and the e-mail is was bought under is either klrw701@****.com or jflem****@****.com  If that serial number is under jflem****@****.com then we need to move it klrw***@****.com
