Wrong Version Sent

My wife purchased a license for Nitro Pro. Nowhere did she see that she was purchasing a MAC version. The welcome email invited her to download a Mac version. Also, there was no "Serial number" sent, just a "License Code", so I wasn't even able to get through the support process on the website.

Obviously, she's running this on PC, not mac and needs this to be corrected. 

Please let me know next steps

The Nitro PDF Pro activation process is unique for each supported Operating System, Windows and MacOS. Thus, any License provisioned for Nitro PDF Pro on Windows cannot be used on MacOS and vice versa.

Could you please provide the email address that was used to purchase the license code for Mac?

I can confirm that this order is a license code for Mac and it is still valid for a refund.

Can you just issue a Windows License so she can use this product on her computer?

Nitro PDF Pro for Windows and Mac do not share the same licensing server and merchant. With that, we cannot switch the license from one platform to another. 
What we can offer is to fully refund the order 48****** then after that, you or your wife can purchase a new order online for Nitro PDF Pro for Windows.
