Client wants to upgrade from Nitro Pro 9

Hello, my client is a small law office that would like to upgrade their existing Nitro Pro 9.5 license. If they were going to purchase comparable licensing outright, it would cost them $540.00. Can they save money by upgrading instead?

The upgrade depend on where the license was purchased, if it is purchased online, via reseller, or through our Sales team. 
Please provide the serial number so we can check its eligibility for upgrade to the latest version.

The serial number you provided appears to be not a valid Nitro PDF Pro license. You can also check this using our license portal at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal
A valid serial number starts at 234 for older versions while the latest version's license starts at 504.

My apologies but this license is not a valid license and cannot be checked for upgrade.
Your client will need to purchase the license at https://www.gonitro.com/pricing if they want the latest version.
