Moving License to new computer

When attempting to activate License on new computer (ver 12 and have serial number) it results in error. Error code -24:Activation Error.  This leaves me in trial mode. How do I get this resolved?

I am currently having this same issue. I have purchased a laptop to eliminate my desktop but cannot transfer my license over. Every time I try it gives me error code 24. If I try to file a support ticket is says there was an issue. If you use the automated system it just redirects you to the site that has you file a support ticket and then gives an error. Its a frustrating circle.

I am having the same problem when trying to transfer license to my new computer. Although, when I checked my account it appears that I have 2 licenses for NitroPro 12.  If this is truly the case, I will leave on both computers.  When I checked the version it was NitroPro 11. Would appreciate any help you can provide.

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.

We recommend to upgrade to our latest version, V13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. To upgrade to Nitro Pro 13, please visit our upgrade page:

Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12.
