Eric Chapman Posted April 7, 2023 Report Share Posted April 7, 2023 What a hassle to upgrade! I'm trying to upgrade from PDFpen Pro 5.9.9. I bought the v. 5.x license in August of 2017. When I input the license number at , the system rejects it and tells me to contact you here. Please help me. I think the upgrade should cost $35 based on what I found on the internet, but Nitro has made it amazingly difficult to upgrade. I am an individual, not a business, but even signing up for an account for the forums forced me to choose and industry, job title, etc. What a hassle… I now have MacOS 13.1 Ventura, and the old version of PDFpen Pro 5.9 won't work on it (launches and immediately disappears).
