Hard drive failed - unable to deactivate - have original S/N

As title says, my hard drive failed, and I am unable to deactivate Nitro Pro. This was a complete failure, and I have purchased a new machine. I do have a back-up of my machine. Is there any way to download and activate a new copy of Nitro Pro pdf? Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

I have adjusted your license so you could proceed with installing Nitro PDF Pro on the new machine.
The Nitro PDF Pro 13 installer can be located from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 

After the installation, you can activate by opening Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter the serial number then click Activate.
