Unable to find my product license

My product license does not show in its entirety. I also do not know how many user license I own. I am unable to reach customer service. Can someone help?

I too am trying to find my full serial number so I can transfer the license to a new computer. The last 6 digits are X'd out.

I cannot find any record of a license purchase associated with the email address you are using here in the Community Forum.
Please provide the email address that you used to purchase the license and we will try to search for the purchase record.

It was purchased by the IT company that services my company. It may be under mczarka@centersbusiness.org. When I show the serial number it says 234601187904XXXXXX

We generally request that the person who purchased the license to get in touch with us so that we can arrange in locating the serial number. 
Please note that we only share or disclose the serial number to the individual who purchased or owns the license, and not to any other person.
